Opening Ceremony was conducted at 0907 hours

Officers were present

Arthur Sipe joined our detachment. Colonel Thomas was a guest.

Dwight Kiing was sworn in as a new member

Ken Price made a motion to accept the December minutes, Bob Smith
seconded the motion. Minutes were approved

No correspondence was received.
7.
Paymaster’s Report- $3,500.00 was in the account
8.
Chaplains Report – Three burials were attended
9.
No family members or Marine family’s in distress
10.
Committee Reports- Scholarship Committee has packets ready for mailing
to area schools.

CCVC –No report

Stone for National Cemetery will cost $2,900.00 to $3,000.00
Ken Price made a motion to
table this item until we have funds. Jeff Seright seconded the motion. The
motion was passed to table until funds are available.

Matching T Shirts for Coliseum Events- Curtis needs to get prices before
taking action.

TriFold Committee- Members are Dan Addi, Bob Smith, Ray McGee
17.
Quarterly Breakfast will be March 10, 2012, Pat Goss and Pat Hysaw are
in charge of planning a dinner.

Coliseum Events for January are planned for 16-21 January County
Basketball Tournament, 23 January Globetrotters,28 January Cage Match

CCVC Mtg 26 January 2012 Will talk about Wall of Honor

Prospective Meeting Place- Tom Durgin will go look at the place on 19th
& Monroe.

COC Dues are due, Ken Price made a motion to pay the $100.00 for the
year Steve Lewis seconded the motion. Motion passed to pay the dues.

Renae Sexton will be our guest speaker in February.

The closing ceremony was finished at 10:40 hours Next meeting will be 4
February 2012 at Great Plains Coliseum.
